PROJECT SUMMARY

During the sustainable business project I was required to create a 3d model of the design of the headquarters. With the help of two of my partners I was able to create the model which was both accurate in size and location.

WHY?

We came with problems such as  how to make the building accurate to how big it would look in person. How should the interior design be, what we would put in each room and how would it fit.

HOW?

On a document organizer we had to put all the information about our business such as what was our goal, how we would make money, what we would do to reach the goal and the cost of what we need. We then chose a location in order to build the headquarters of the business.

WHAT?

I think that the final result of the model was incredibly good with all the details. We decided to choose Roblox because the first reason is that it’s free meaning everyone in the group could work in it, the second reason is that it has tools which help create more advanced models compare to Minecraft. We were able to find out how we could make money in order to clean the Ypcarai lake.

SO WHAT?

This is important because we could do this in order to clean other lakes around the world. We need to do this in order to help prevent animals from going extinct. I was able to learn how to make a business which is sustainable and has the requirement to reach its goal.

WHAT'S NEXT?

We could find out how we could make even more money or save the money while also finding more methods of cleaning the lake. The method of cleaning the lake is yet to be perfected as we haven’t reached the technology in order to do such task yet.

REFERENCES & ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

We used multiple websites for ideas on how to create a sustainable business and we took inspiration from projects which were about cleaning lakes. We also gained some information from our teacher for machines we could possibly use in order to clean the lake.

JUDGES FEEDBACK

You have a good idea and a good goal. It sounds like you got stuck at the tech/scientific step for how to actually clean the lake. That would be great to research for next year!
